Today a honey bee landed on the echinacea in my yard. Maybe it was because the asters are all bloomed out. I suspect this bee comes from one of the hives kept by my neighbor Jack. I must tell him that his bees aren't the only ones getting into the echinacea now that the weather has grown colder.
